How can I check the status of my application?
You can track the status of your application by logging into your SmartRecruiters account.
Can I edit my application after submitting?
Yes! Just log in to your SmartRecruiters account and edit away. If you applied with a SmartProfile and want to edit your experience or education, make sure you choose to “update the companies you applied to with recent changes” when you save it.
What should I wear to my interview?
We encourage you to dress comfortably! Cash App is a casual work environment.
How can I request special accommodations?
Just ask your Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator! They’re here to help with your specific tools, time, and communication needs—whatever it takes to set you up for success.
Who’s my point of contact throughout the recruiting process?
That’ll be the Recruiter that initially reaches out to you. A Recruiting Coordinator will also be in touch to schedule interviews, and you can reach out to them at any time regarding interview logistics.
How should I prepare for my virtual interview?
Test your equipment and tools out in advance, then hop on the video call a few minutes early to ensure you have a good connection. Make sure there’s nothing in frame that you don’t want your interviewer to see. Don’t worry if your dog barks or the doorbell rings during your call – we know you can’t control the outside world.
After my interview, can I get in touch with the folks who interviewed me for follow-up questions, or just to say thank you?
We don’t share the contact information of interviewers. However, your Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator can forward along any follow-up you’d like to send!
